With iland PAYG Cloud services you can easily build or import collections of virtual machines, which can be stored as vApps and allow users or departments to subscribe to these applications yet pay only for the resources that are consumed. The services are metered hourly and billed monthly without a term contract so you are free to create as many vApps as you like, paying only for their storage until they are powered on. iland’s Cloud environment supports linked clones - streamlining the cloning process and minimizing the storage required to rapidly deploy copies of a vApp, saving precious time and budget. Development and QA teams appreciate the ease in which they can spin up multiple copies of their latest build for testing, while project leads can reduce overall project delivery times and maximize their budgets. Organizational administrators are able to publish vApps and provide users with the ability to spin them up.
